“Aryan Khan needs to be helped, not destroyed,” shares Nafisa Ali Sodhi as she extends support to Shah Rukh Khan’s son – Times of India

Aryan Khan is awaiting bail after being arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau on October 3 in a drugs probe. Meanwhile, a lot of Bollywood celebrities have come out in support of Shah Rukh Khan, lending solidarity to the father in this difficult moment. Veteran actress Nafisa Sodhi Ali shared on Insagram that Aryan needs help and should not be destroyed.“Aryan, a young man who I pray for, needs to be helped not destroyed and not be made an example of. #drugskill,” Nafisa Sodhi Ali posted on Instagram.

On Sunday evening, after Aryan Khan was sent to NCB custody for a day, Salman Khan had visited Shah Rukh Khan’s residence to express solidarity. Filmmaker Hansal Mehta also tweeted in support of SRK, ““It is painful for a parent having to deal with a child getting into trouble. It gets compounded when people begin to arrive at judgements before the law takes its course. It is disrespectful and unfair to the parent and to the parent-child relationship. With you srk.” Shah Rukh Khans’ Suchitra Krishnamoorthi ‘Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa’ co-star Suchitra Krishnamoorthi had tweeted, “Nothing harder for a parent than seeing their child in distress. Prayers to all.” She had further hit out at all those trolling Bollywood and shared, “For all those targetting #Bollywood remember all the #NCB raids on filmstars? Yes nothing was found and nothing was proved. #Bollywood gawking is a tamasha. Its the price of fame.”

Commenting on Bollywood’s involvement in this drugs probe, NCB chief SN Pradhan has told ANI, “We are acting in an impartial manner. In the process, if some connections to Bollywood or rich people emerge, so be it. We have to act within the purview of the law. We have to keep on working in Mumbai. If you look at the data, there must have been more than 300 raids in the last one year. This will continue whether foreign nationals are involved, film industry or rich people are involved.”
